In the operation process of laser marking machine, it is always a vexing problem for operators to fix and arrange the workpiece well during the marking process. After analyzing the working principle of the processing equipment, the first radium laser learned that the relative operation of the workpiece and the light spot is compared by the rectangular coordinate motion system. Specifically, it can be divided into three operation modes: one is the movement of the workpiece, the second is the movement of the light spot, and the third is the mutual combination of the workpiece and the light spot movement.

At present, semiconductor laser marking machine in the application of most of the gantry to fix, so that the workpiece driven by the processing table to move in a coordinate way, which is relatively simple and fast. However, if the gantry movement is driven from both sides synchronously, but due to its complex structure, for large format workpiece processing, it should be solved by using light spot. At the same time, in order to avoid the large change of light points in laser processing, it is necessary to fix the laser on the slide rail to operate together.
